Sweaters and Sheep and Yarn, Oh My!

Another Rhinebeck has come and gone and it was wonderful. Nothing beats spending the weekend outside surrounded by the fall leaves, tons and tons of yarn and people wearing amazing knit stuff.

I was able to finish my Aislinn, at midnight the night before driving to Rhinebeck at 5 am... But I finished it and made it there safely! I absolutely love it and can't wait to knit some more sweaters.

The weather was fabulous, perfect sweater weather on Saturday and a bit cooler but sunny on Sunday.  We filled up on lots of fall goodies, including the awesome cider donuts.

One of my favorite parts of Rhinebeck is the community. Knitter are absolutely awesome people.  I lost one of my mitts and when I went to lost and found there it was! They also said that someone had lost a cash pouch and someone turned it in full! Also knitting celebrities are awesome to meet and super nice.

I bought a bunch of yarn that I will talk about later but here are some pictures I took to remind me of awesome stuff to keep my eye on in the future.
