Workout Wonders

J has been really wanting to workout since his Dr appt so tonight we finally went down to my basement to run on the treadmills. I made it 20 minutes, 5 minutes hard running, 5 jogging, with a warm up and cool down. Not great but hey it's a start and I have a boost of energy now. I made dinner and now hopefully I can work on J's dragon. Finish off the first leg and get the second done and sewn on would be great tonight. I can do all this knitting because after about 10 minutes J stopping running and said it was because the treadmill was slowing down randomly and now after showering is in bed asleep. I packed up dinner for him so hopefully he will eat at some point but that just means more dragon knitting for me. Hopefully we can keep it up and do a little running each night. I'm trying to eat/cook healthier as well. I did baked buffalo chicken and salad tonight with fat free blue cheese dressing and lots of veggies on top and a small glass of red wine. Since it's still early maybe I'll make some 100 calorie popcorn but that's not too bad for a night.
