I have started a few posts to start off the year, one was about resolutions, one about knitting, one about baking. None of these posts have been finished. Last year a lot of my attempts at improvement have focused on making my life more complicated. There are so many tips and tricks out on the internet about how to make your life better that it becomes overwhelming. And for me - where I put extra pressure on myself to do ALL the things and do them right, they make my life more difficult. So when I came across the following article that was very interesting, very well written, very important, and in a way "anti-tips" I thought it would be a good way to start off the year.
